The new cheque law has been mandatory in the banking network since the beginning of this year

According to the public relations of the Tose'e Ta'avon Bank, quoting the Central Bank, Dr. Komijani in a meeting with the managers of the technology department of the banking network, referring to the approval of the law amending the law on issuing checks in 2019 by the Islamic Iranian Parliament said: Instructions and circulars related to the cases of the law that could be implemented immediately have been approved, announced and implemented quickly, and the banking network is fully prepared for the accurate and on time implementation of this law.
