Tose'e Ta'avon Bank succeeded to renewed the international certification of ISO 9001: 2015 for the fifth consecutive years

In order to achieve customer satisfaction and improve the bank's processes, the implementation of the standard in the headquarters units and three selected branches began in the past six years, and this process was largely done in Tehran province branches.

During the audits and tests of the auditors of the ISO agent company, the mentioned quality management system and standard has been done without receiving any major or small non-compliance, which indicates that the units of Tose'e Ta'avon Bank are sufficiently committed to performing their duties and services. They fulfilled with the rules, frameworks and requirements of ISO.
