Development banks are established differently from the goals and missions of commercial banks

The activity of these banks is focused on providing support facilities and making profit is one of the next priorities of these banks. Meaning of the activity of Development banks is not profit-oriented, it doesnt mean that it can be loss-making, but as an economic enterprise must have a coherent structure and there is no inefficiency within it.
Assarzadeh added: "Due to the fact that the target community of the bank is producers, entrepreneurs and cooperatives all over the country, the bank has been able to increase its activities in the field of Development performance."
