Mohammad Ali Sahmani the managing director of Tose`e Ta`avon bank at the opening ceremony of the fifth training course for new employees said that the human resource is the most important capital of Tose`e Ta`avon Bank. He also mentioned that Tose`e Ta`avon Bank`s staff always strive to provide appropriate services to clients in all areas to contribute in the creation of national added value. He elaborated that the young skilled and educated personnel of the Bank is the real capital of the Bank. He stressed that one-third of the personnel of the Bank are new young employees and this would provide an opportunity for the Bank
